Having dabbled in off-farm investing for many years, sometimes under the guidance of a financial planner and at other times on our own, we hadn't realised how dangerous we were to ourselves financially until we had the opportunity to attend a presentation by Hamish McDouall at an RCS Executive Link meeting. Being very impressed with Hamish personally, we were also attracted to the Hudson model because of its structure, and to date we have been able to obtain advise on a diversified range of investing options, as well as guidance on insurance and the establishment of loans.
